Lori Davis

Lori Davis is the Executive Director.

Ms Lori can be found in the halls of Porter's making sure the health & safety of your child is our top priority. Mrs. Davis has an MBA from Strayer University and received a Bachelor of Arts from Glassboro State.  She has been employed at Porter’s for more than thirty years. Ms Lori has been groomed for this position by the late founder & executive director, Deborah D. Porter-Greasham, since graduating from college in 1992.  Ms Lori  SUPER Philly sports fan -

Darlene Porter-Davis is a founding member of Porter's.

Darlene Davis & her sister,
the late Deborah Porter-Greasham, demonstrated daily that Christian women could bring change into the lives of children, families, their staff, and the community. For 40 years, these two ladies worked tirelessly side-by-side. Their ethical business practices and generosity created an attitude of trust for funders, pioneering advocacy for the early childhood education community, and respect of their employees and family.

Kelli Thomas-Jackson is the Human Resources Director.

Kelli Thomas Jackson has been an integral part of PDCEC for nearly 25 years, serving in multiple roles with dedication and expertise. As part of the founding family, she was taught at a young age the importance of faith, family, and legacy. Inspired by the compassion, dedication, and hard work of her aunts, Kelli strives to help sustain and grow the family business. She has worked tirelessly in her administrative role to ensure staff compliance, foster professional development, and manage the front office. On any given day, you can find her assisting parents and staff, as well as engaging with families during dismissal. Kelli brings a wealth of experience to our team, with a background in banking, retail management, and current leadership roles in other organizations. She is also set to complete her degree in Human Resource Management, further enhancing her impact at the center. Her hope is that Porter’s will remain a pillar in our community for many years to come.
