FAMILY SERVICE CENTER

Porter’s Day Care aims to increase parent knowledge about child growth and development. One way is through their onsite Family Services Center.  The staff is charged with:

  • Enrollment

  • Parent Meetings/Workshops

  • Resources

Family Resources

Family Service is available to provide parents with resources for special needs, housing, health, dental and more.

Health Assessment Form

All enrolled children must have a current health assessment form on file. This form is completed by the child's physician either every 6 months for children under 24 months, or annually for children 24 months and older.

Apply for PA Child Care Works Subsidy

Pennsylvania’s subsidized child care program, PHMC Child Care Works (CCW), assists low-income families with child care costs.

Apply for Children's Scholarship Fund of Philadelphia

Porter's encourages families of children enrolling into kindergarten programs to apply for the Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia (CSFP). CSFP is the largest and most diverse Pre-K-8th grade scholarship program in the state. They serve under-resourced families in Philadelphia by providing scholarships for quality, tuition-based schools.
