Service Description

Develop your toddler's skills with our specialized program designed to foster developmental growth through structured play and educational activities. Toddlers are 14 month to 36 months. Payment Option1: ELRC/CCIS & OTHER SUBSIDIES ACCEPTED (co-payments due to the day care, may be assigned by ELRC/CCIS and are required to be paid weekly) Payment Option 2: Private Payment due weekly Cost of care is based upon age in September of enrolling year: 14 to 24 months: $340 24 to 36 months: $310 Enrollment/Orientation is required, please contact Family Service - 215/329-2300 to schedule date & time. Documents needed at orientation: Child's Health Assessment Form (due every 6 months until child turns 24 months or annually after 24 months) Child's Insurance Card Parent ID
